How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you'd like to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and then confirm your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it enters our processing system quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your order details before confirming. At the Hairversity we are committed to providing you the best experience possible. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request prior to the order shipping. Please send all order request to info@thehairversity.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time: 5-12 business days (depending on your order), this also includes sale orders. If the payment was done with Klarna or a creditcard please add 5 business days to your product for processing.
Standard shipping in The Netherlands: 2-3 business days.
International shipping: 5-15 business days (depending on the country).
We only ship out orders Monday through Friday business hours (10:00 – 17:00 PM - CET). Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?
We currently don't offer expedited shipping options at the moment but please contact us and we may be able to help you.

What shipping company does The Hairversity use?
POSTNL (EU)- the package will be handed to your local delivery. Countries outside EU, we use UPS. All packages require a signature confirmation on delivery. Once a package dispatch from our side, we are not responsible for lost or stolen good. The buyer will have to open a claim with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.

What is your return policy?
No, we do not have a return or exchange policy. Due to the federal health regulations all sales are final! Unless there is a mistake made on our behalf. We will immediately make the change to correct it.

What kind of hair does The Hairversity sell?
We sell virgin hair and raw hair. Closures and lace frontals. Our lace closures are only available in virgin hair.

What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that has been hand selected and sourced from the country of origin. The hair is directly cut from 1 donor’s head. It has never been chemically processed or had any heat/steam applied to it. The cuticles are aligned which prevents the hair from tangling and shedding. Raw hair is the highest quality on the market and it only comes in the textures: straight, natural wavy or curly. With proper care this hair can last up to 7 years.
Virgin hair is chemically unprocessed human hair. To create different textures like: body wave, deep wave, kinky curly etc. the hair is steamed. There are no dyes, chemicals or synthetic fibers in the hair. The cuticles are also aligned which prevents the hair from tangling and shedding.

What color are the bundles?
The hair comes in a natural brown color, which is 1B.

How many bundles do I need?
12” – 16” 2 bundles
18” – 20” 3 bundles
22” – 30” 4 bundles
32’’ - 40" 4 or 5 bundles are recommended

Can I color the hair?
Yes, our (virgin and raw) hair is 100% unprocessed so it can be colored and bleached as you desire. Be sure to keep the hair conditioned and moisturized after coloring. When conditioning always keep the conditioner in for at least 6 hours or more. Rinse it out and let the hair air dry.

Can I straighten curly/wavy hair?
Yes, you can. When contacted with water the hair will return into its natural state.

How long does this hair last?
With proper care our raw hair is guaranteed to last up to 7 years! And our virgin hair can last up to 3 years when look after amazingly. Lace closures and frontals usually last up to a year. Treat the hair as your own when in use. View our hair care tips.
