Exchange or returns are not possible. Due to the federal health regulations all sales are final. Unless there is a mistake made on behalf of The Hairversity. We will immediately make the change to correct it.
If there is a mistake made on behalf of the Hairversity notify within 2 days after receiving your product. The following conditions must be met:
Return must take place within 2 days after the notification upon presentation of the original invoice.
The product is returned in the original packaging and the original tags/wraps still attached to it.
The product has not been used, meaning: no dye, chemicals, alterations, washing, combing, brushing, unraveled etc.
If all of these conditions are not met the product cannot be exchanged.
The Hairversity does not offer return shipping labels. The shipping costs for return of the products are at the expense of the customer.
